Our story
ATAM — Almir Trubljanin Architecture and Management was founded at the end of 2020 in Bettembourg, Luxembourg, as a client-focused, human-centred architectural practice.Initially working on residential projects and renovations, ATAM grew through a direct and thoughtful approach to each project, balancing client needs, context, function, and spatial quality. The practice later relocated to Belval, strengthening its local presence and collaborations.From 2021 to 2025, ATAM operated with the Managing Director and one employee. The team grew to three in mid-2025 and reached four people in July 2026.ATAM provides an integrated service covering design, authorizations, construction management, and consultancy, with a focus on clear, practical, and meaningful architecture.Looking ahead, the practice aims to expand its work through public projects, competitions, and broader architectural engagement.

Within the realities of residential development, we see constraints as opportunities to develop practical, innovative, and durable solutions.Our approach is deeply client-focused, built on trust, dialogue, and close collaboration. By combining architecture with management, we simplify complexity and ensure consistency throughout every stage of a project.Ultimately, we aim to contribute to a built environment that is practical, responsible, and enduring, while progressively expanding our involvement in public projects and architectural discourse.
