Almir Trubljanin
Almir Trubljanin is the founder and director of ATAM Architecture & Management. He leads the firm with a strategic vision that combines architecture, urban planning, and real estate project management in order to provide a comprehensive, coherent, and controlled approach to architectural development.
Holding a diploma as a civil engineering technician, followed by a Bachelor’s and a Master’s degree in architecture, he further complemented his academic background with studies in spatial planning as well as several specializations in project management and construction site supervision.
Driven by an entrepreneurial mindset developed during his studies, he founded ATAM with the ambition of creating a firm capable of supporting clients far beyond architectural design, integrating strategy, feasibility, and execution.
He favors bespoke architecture and develops highly personalized turnkey projects. Convinced that architectural quality relies on close collaboration, he deliberately maintains a small-scale agency structure, enabling direct, transparent, and attentive support at every stage of the project.
