Rodange LOT 6
Located within the evolving Rodange development plan, Lot 6 is a contemporary residential project characterized by its geometric rigor and minimalist articulation. The structure is defined by a series of intersecting cubic volumes, unified beneath a flat roof profile that emphasizes its modern, monolithic massing. Finished in a warm, sand-toned render, the facade utilizes tonal contrast and texture to break down the scale of the building. A dark, contrasting plinth grounds the structure, while a horizontal accent band on the primary elevation adds subtle visual interest. The asymmetrical fenestration strategy features deep-set windows equipped with dark, external louvered blinds (brise-soleil), offering dynamic solar control and privacy while establishing a stark, graphic contrast against the light masonry. The transition between the exterior and interior is marked by a deep, recessed entrance volume, sheltered by a sleek cantilevered canopy that provides a bold focal point for the primary elevation.
