ESM Terrace & Kitchen │LUX

The Terrace Extension and Kitchen Renovation Project was commissioned by the European Stability Mechanism (ESM) and included the development of design and execution documentation, as well as overall project management and coordination.The project focused on integrating the new interventions into the existing architectural language, spatial organization, and functionality of the building. The terrace extension was designed to complement the existing granite stone façade while improving the connection between the terrace and the dining area.The dining room was reconfigured by merging two separate spaces into a larger multifunctional area. To maintain flexibility and allow for separate use when required, a movable partition wall system was introduced.The project also included the renovation and expansion of the kitchen facilities through the addition of a kitchen annex, redesign of the salad bar area, installation of new equipment, and creation of additional storage space to improve functionality and workflow efficiency.
