Delhaize Proxy │Esch

This project, located in a high-traffic area of Esch-sur-Alzette, involved the redesign and revitalization of the existing mixed-use building comprising commercial and residential functions. The primary focus was on upgrading the spatial quality and functionality of the commercial unit, alongside enhancing its overall architectural expression. A complete reorganization of the basement level was proposed, including the integration of improved staff safety measures. In parallel, the building’s technical systems were upgraded and fire safety standards were elevated in accordance with current regulations. The street-facing façade was rearticulated to establish a more contemporary and inviting identity, contributing to a stronger visual presence within the urban context.
