Single famiy house in Heidert (new quarter in Wiltz)
Situated within the new Heidert PAP development in Wiltz, this single-family residence is conceived as a compact, contemporary volume carefully integrated into the sloping terrain. The architecture is defined by a clear cubic form, subtly softened by a gently curved roofline that gives the house a distinctive yet restrained identity. Organized across multiple levels, the dwelling responds directly to the topography, with garage and service functions anchored at street level and the primary living spaces elevated to capture light and views. A continuous balcony extends the upper floor outward, strengthening the relationship between interior and landscape. The façade combines a light mineral render with dark-framed openings, creating a precise and balanced composition. Generous glazing enhances natural daylight, while the rhythmic placement of windows ensures privacy within the emerging residential fabric. The result is a refined, context-sensitive home that balances clarity of form, functional efficiency, and contemporary residential living.
